Between Stays

Phase 2 – Final Clean

  • Remove paint, adhesive, or grout residue

  • Polish mirrors, glass, and hardware

  • Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms

  • Clean light fixtures, vents, and baseboards

  • Vacuum and mop to a move-in ready finish

Phase 3 – Client Walkthrough Touch-Up (Optional)

  • Return after inspections or move-in to refresh surfaces

  • Spot-clean glass, walls, and floors

  • Ensure every detail meets the client’s satisfaction
