Terms & Conditions

The Bee Loyal Program is a referral rewards program offered by Clean Bee Services (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By participating in this program, clients (“you” or “the Referrer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Bee Loyal Program is open to current clients of Clean Bee Services who have completed at least one paid cleaning service.

  • Referrals must be new clients who have never booked a service with Clean Bee Services.

2. How the Referral Works

  • The Referrer must share their unique name or referral code with potential new clients.

  • A referral is considered valid when:

    • The referred client books and completes a paid cleaning service, AND

    • Mentions the Referrer’s name at the time of booking.

  • Once the referred service is completed, the Referrer receives $25 credit toward a future service.

3. Reward Details

  • Each successful referral earns $25 in credit.

  • Credits can be accumulated and applied together in one future service.

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • Credits may only be applied to residential cleaning services offered by Clean Bee Services.

4. Redemption

  • Referral credits can be redeemed by mentioning them when booking your next cleaning.

  • Credits are applied only to future appointments, not to previously booked services.

  • Credits may not be transferred to another person.

5. Limitations

  • Referral credits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Clean Bee Services reserves the right to:

    • Verify the validity of all referrals,

    • Reject referrals that do not meet the program criteria,

    • Modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

6. Fraud or Misuse

Any attempt to misuse the Bee Loyal Program—including self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation—will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all earned credits.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Bee Loyal Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
