Clean Bee Services – General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cleaning services provided by Clean Bee Services (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) to clients (“you” or “the Customer”). By booking any service with Clean Bee Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

  • Clean Bee Services offers residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning services.

  • Service scope must be agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Any additional tasks requested during the appointment may result in extra charges.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our phone line, website, or email.

  • Arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous job duration.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on service type, home size, and condition.

  • Final rates may vary if the home requires additional time or labor.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, Zelle, credit cards, and business invoices (for commercial clients).

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If the cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

5. Home Access

  • Customers must provide access to the home at the scheduled time.

  • Keys, door codes, or lockbox instructions must be accurate and functional.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues.

6. Customer Preparation Requirements (Residential Clients)

To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning experience, residential clients must prepare the home before the cleaning team arrives:

  • All items on tables, countertops, vanities, sinks, and floors must be cleared prior to the appointment.

  • If personal items, clutter, or objects remain on these areas, those surfaces will not be cleaned.

  • This policy helps protect your belongings and guarantees the quality and speed of our service.

  • Our team does not organize, store, or relocate personal items unless previously agreed.

7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will re-clean the missed areas at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we are committed to correcting any issues.

8. Safety & Environment

  • Our team does not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

  • For safety, we do not clean areas that require climbing beyond a two-step ladder.

  • Pets must be secured during the cleaning service.

9. Damage or Breakage

  • Our staff is trained to handle your belongings with care.

  • In the rare event of accidental damage, you must report it within 24 hours.

  • Clean Bee Services is not responsible for:

    • Items that were already damaged or unstable,

    • Items not properly installed or securely placed,

    • Wear-and-tear surfaces such as peeling paint or loose grout.

10. Photos for Quality Control

  • We may take before-and-after photos for:

    • Training,

    • Quality assurance,

    • Proof of service.

  • Photos will never include personal or identifying information and will not be shared publicly without consent.

11. Health & Home Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the home environment presents safety or health risks (biohazards, infestations, extreme clutter).

  • Additional fees may apply if the home requires extra time due to conditions beyond a standard cleaning.

12. Liability

  • Clean Bee Services is insured and bonded.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Natural wear of materials during cleaning,

    • Pre-existing damage,

    • Loss of valuables not properly stored.

  • Customers must secure jewelry, money, and sensitive documents before service.

13. Programs & Promotions

  • Discounts, referral programs, and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Terms for each promotion may vary and are subject to change at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

Clean Bee Services may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
